Refund Policy

Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refund requests are only accepted within 48 hours of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed or completed more than 20% of the course content.

Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

Physical or digital art products (e.g., paintings, prints, etc.).

Gift cards or course vouchers.

Downloaded items, including digital course materials, workbooks, or resources.

Admin/Handling Fee:

15% admin – handling fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover processing costs.

No Refunds After 7 Days:

Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [support email] within 7 days of your purchase. Include the following details:

  • Your full name.
  • Order number.
  • Course name.
  • Reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, minus the admin/handling fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
